Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images contained in this website are as accurate as possible, however products may vary slightly and for this we cannot accept responsibility. Some products listed may contain a choice of style and design, in these cases we will contact you to find out which one you want.
If we are unable to supply a product you have paid for we will contact you to see if an alternative can be found.
All prices shown on our website include vat at the standard rate of 17.5%. The only exceptions to this are publications, which are zero-rated.
All purchases delivered to you will have a delivery note attached detailing the products purchased.
Delivery ChargesDelivery is FREE OF CHARGE (Mainland UK only) on all orders over £50.00 in value. On orders under the value of £50.00 a standard delivery charge of £5 will be made (within mainland UK) unless the order only contains Outline Stickers or Stickers, in this case the delivery charge will only be £1. Please note there may be a surcharge for large or heavy items, if this is true with your order we will email you with a link to pay the remaining cost of the postage.
Customers who live outside of mainland UK. should contact us prior to placing their order so that we may ascertain the exact postage charge required.
All purchases must be paid for before dispatch, and in the case of payment being made by cheque we will require a period of 5 working days to allow our bank to clear payment.
ReturnsWe want you to be totally happy with your purchases but obviously cannot refund or exchange products (other than if they have a manufacturing defect) if they have been used or are out of their original packaging. If you feel you have purchased the wrong goods then we will be happy to exchange them (with proof of purchase) within 14 days of the goods leaving us. However in this instance you would be required to pay the cost of postage both ways. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your order has been placed and is awaiting picking, this period is usually under a day.
Your order has been received and is undergoing selection. Some items may be harder to find than others so this can take a day. Please note that some items may never be found, in these circumstances you will be contacted and either a suitable replacement or a refund will be offered.
We may also leave your order on picking while we await payment.
Ready For Collection
This means that your order has been picked and ready for you to pickup at your convenience. Please note that we will only keep orders for 2 weeks when the payment method is 'Pay In Store'.
Your order has left the shop, either via post, or via collection.
If you need to you can request to cancel your order at anytime so long as it has not yet reached completion, and a full refund will be given.
